FUNDRAISING & VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES


1.  Uniform fee of $50 per player is due October 1.

2.  In addition to the uniform fee, we are asking that every player donate $225 or whatever you can afford.  We would like every family to make a contribution, no amount is too small.  We appreciate every dollar.

3.  Fundraising events as follows:

CONCESSION STAND at home football games for the JV and Frosh/Soph teams

Donations of sale items needed and 2 volunteers per game

Thurs.  10/1        3:15 - 5:15 p.m.
Thurs.  10/8        3:15 - 5:15 p.m.
Thurs.  10/15      3:15 - 5:15 p.m.
Thurs.  10/22      3:00 - 5:00 p.m. & 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Thurs.  10/29      3:00 - 5:00 p.m. & 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Thurs.  11/12      3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

CAR WASH/BAKE SALE:  SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

- All players are required to work a shift of 2 hours starting at 8:30 and ending at 4:30
- Students are encouraged to sell five tickets at $8 each
- If possible, players should bring a sponge and any old towels
- Donations of drinks and baked goods are needed

TEAM ADMINISTRATORS:

We need at least one T.A. for each team
Job duties include:

    - Email list and communications:  sometimes dates and locations are changed at the last minute
    - Set up schedule of parents to bring water to games
