FUNDRAISING & VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

1.  Uniform fee of $75 per player is due Friday, September 30, 2011.

2.  In addition to the uniform fee, we are requesting a donation of $225 or whatever you can afford.  We would like every family to make a contribution, no amount is too small or too large.  We appreciate every dollar.

3.  Fundraising events as follows:

 

SM5000 5K/10K Run/Walk                  Sunday, October 2, 2011

--  All players are expected to participate.  The soccer program receives $7.50 of each registration fee when Samohi Soccer is designated.  Please make sure you designate "Samohi Soccer" in the box that says "To ensure that your donation and registration counts toward your sport program, please select below" at the bottom of the Participant Information screen.  You can register for the race at www.runforschools.org.  If you are on free or reduced lunch, you may register with Ms. Fargnoli in the Athletics Office.
 
--  Players are strongly encouraged to seek donations from family, friends and neighbors.  Donations can be made online through http://www.active.com/donate/santamonica5000/SamohiSoccer or by check made payable to Santa Monica - Malibu Ed Foundation (SMMEF) and write "Samohi Soccer" on the memo line.  Checks can be turned in to Coach Rodriguez or Coach Chapman.
